Open publishing planning: Co-designing the future of works with independent editors and writers

CEIBS's annual publishing plan is an open platform co-created with independent editors, researchers, and writers. Through open topic selection, joint research, and collaborative project roadmap development, we allow creativity and experience to converge at an earlier stage, giving a book greater clarity and scalability from "idea" to "plan." We believe that collaboration between independent writers and professional editors will produce richer content that meets readers' needs than traditional publishing processes.

Targeted support: A complete content loop from topic selection to materials

Creation itself is a process of building structure. We provide creators with targeted, end-to-end assistance: from topic selection, logical framework building, and chapter structure design, to interview and writing resource support, and then to pacing adjustment, content review, and publication management during the writing process. This ensures creators' ability to produce a successful book and achieves efficient creation.

Avant-garde Expression: Blind Box-Style Storytelling, Online Co-creation, and Real-Time Content Import Exploration

We encourage creators to experiment with forms—blind box-like plot structures, real-time writing across time zones, online co-creation of texts, integration of social network materials, and hybrid image-text narratives… In a rapidly changing media environment, we hope to provide new possibilities and expressive spaces for creation, making works more open, interactive, and contemporary. Simultaneously, through the collaborative mechanisms of our writing community and one-stop publishing services, we are building a sustainable ecosystem for creators: ideas inspire each other, content evolves continuously, and forms of expression expand constantly, making publishing a dynamic creative arena rather than a static finished product.
