01. Registration Address
Éditions SinoEurope is registered in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, France, with its registered address at 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris. The publisher uses Paris as its legal and cultural base, while also maintaining a permanent office in Athens, responsible for editing, book design, and international coordination. We operate within the EU legal framework for publishing, copyright management, and distribution cooperation, and are legally authorized to deposit publications with the National Library of France (BnF). All publications are registered within France.
02. Establishment Time and Operation Mode
Éditions SinoEurope was officially registered in Paris in October 2025 as an independent publisher of SURL. It possesses cross-cultural experience and a background in digital publishing. It legally owns an ISBN number approved by AFNIL and has established a complete workflow for publishing, inclusion, distribution, and digitization. Its core operational principle lies in a high-standard, cross-cultural, long-term model for developing high-quality publications.
03. 2026 Annual Publication Plan
Sino-European translation and intercultural studies: documentary literature, travelogues, observational writing, interviews and small-scale studies.
Professional textbooks and reference books: nautical, travel, applied knowledge, and youth education manuals.
Original literary and graphic works: short story collections, light novels, photography, and graphic narratives.
With a publication pace of 20-30 titles per year, we maintain stability in content quality and thematic direction, and support the creative work of authors from both China and Europe.
