Global CATALOGING & DISCOVERY

All publications are legally deposited with the BnF (National Library of France) in accordance with French law, and are permanently stored and publicly searchable in its official catalog. The deposit records are simultaneously entered into the European Library Network, ensuring each book receives national-level publication confirmation and permanent archiving. Through this mechanism, works acquire verifiable legal status on the day of publication and are included in the core databases of the European cultural and academic system.

All publications from CEIBS will be included in the WorldCat Global Library Union Catalog, which covers over 170 countries and tens of thousands of libraries, making it the world's largest and most authoritative library retrieval network. Whether it's a print book, POD version, or ebook, its basic bibliographic information, ISBN, publication information, and library holdings will be fully recorded, giving the works cross-border visibility and long-term academic citation value.

For publications suitable for inclusion in the library system, applications for donations can be submitted to Chinese university libraries such as CALIS, based on the work's content, theme, and academic value. The decision to include these publications will be made according to each library's independent selection criteria. Applications can also be submitted to public libraries and academic institutions worldwide that accept donated books, covering parts of Europe, North America, and Asia. Such donations are based on the characteristics of the work and the author's wishes, aiming to expand the work's public value and long-term impact, and to increase its potential visibility in the cultural and academic fields.

In the realm of commercial platforms, publishers are also striving for diverse digital exposure for their works, including Amazon KDP, the IngramSpark global bookstore network, and their own official websites. For Chinese readers, applications can be submitted to e-book and cultural platforms such as WeChat Reading, Douban Reading, Zhihu Reading, and JD Reading, depending on the genre of the work. Simultaneously, readers are reached through channels such as Douban, WeChat official accounts, and media columns. This multi-platform digital distribution ensures that high-quality works receive maximum possible exposure and access in both Central and European regions.
